Homestead in the Willows is a covenant controlled community conveniently located near the Denver Tech Center in Centennial Colorado. Homestead residents enjoy a unique neighborhood community anchored by the award-winning walk-in Homestead Elementary School and the Willow Spring open space.
Please note that the dumpsters have been removed from the enclosures. Please do not dump trash in the empty dumpster enclosures. In addition, please ask your contractors not to dump there either. Waste Connections will pick up your large items for a small fee. The HOA will need to pay someone to have these items removed and that costs all of us! Thank you for your help!
DUES ASSESSMENT 2023
2023 Assessment letter will be mailed in early January. The single family homeowner dues for the fiscal year January 2, 2023 to December 31, 2023 will be $1,411. ($1320 + $91 fence maintenance reserve fund). Village I Townhome sub-association dues will be $594.
Our governing documents specify that dues be paid in full once yearly.
If you do not receive our assessment letter by January 14th, please call the Business Office so that we may send you a duplicate copy.
The deadline for paying your dues without late charges is March 1, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. If the Business Office is closed on March 1st, dues must be received inside the office by 3:00 p.p. on the following business day.
Homeowners have three options to submit payment:
Electronically: register on PayHOA (click here for registration details (ACH or Credit Card). Once logged in on your PayHOA dashboard there is an option to:Pay Now.”Please note: A $1.00 processing fee is added to each ACH payment. A 2.9% + 0.30 processing fee is added to each credit card payment.
