The assessment has been set at $1,411 per household. We arrived at this number by keeping the annual dues the same as last year, $1,320, and adding in a $91 Fence Reserve fund payment.

AFTER JULY 1, A LIEN IS FILED REQUIRING PAYMENT OF $1,411 TOGETHER WITH ANY FUTURE ASSESSMENTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, LATE CHARGES, INTEREST AND OTHER COSTS.
Homeowners have two options to submit payment:
1. Electronically: Register on PayHOA (see HOA homepage for registration details - homesteadinthewillows.org). Once registered, you can submit your payment electronically (ACH or Credit Card). Once logged in on your PayHOA dashboard, there is an option to “Pay Now.” Please note: A $1.00 processing fee is added to each ACH payment. A 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee is added to each credit card payment.
2. Via Check: Please cut and mail the coupon below with your payment for proper credit to your account. All checks should be made out to Homestead in the Willows HOA and mailed to P.O. Box 981506, West Sacramento, CA 95798.
Late Fees: Assessments must be received by close of business (3:00 p.m. on March 1st) to avoid late charges. If the Business Office is closed on March 1st dues must be received inside the office by 3:00 p.m. on the following business day. For special consideration cases, please call the Business Office. We are more than happy to work out a payment plan with you.
